I think Jordon has to go to Holmes. extremely influential at half back and is a huge metres gained player.

We seem to have troubles against big contested midfields so Geelong will be another good test with their bigger bodies.

We have to run them to the ground and cannot let them dictate play defensively. They will do their best to clog up the corridor and force us long where they have their strengths in intercepting with Kolo, Henry and Stewart. Our 3 talls have to keep them accountable.

We owe Geelong tbh. I hope we can do
The job next Sunday.

Yep, this.

JJ usually goes to an outside runner/ distributor type and I think he goes to Holmes this week.

5 more years Wilbur will go to Stewart IMO

Holmes has been playing inside and has put on a fair bit of beef. Not the best matchup imo. Go to Miers, snuff their ball use and give him a chance to still be an offensive option.

Even thought LRT was the cult favourite he was still underrated among the wider fanbase back then imo
Had a couple of outstanding seasons but my god I remember when we first had a look at him I thought it was a pisstake.

I remember one game at Colonial Stadium I was at as a young kid, swans supporter behind me was getting edgy after we were fumbling around, he screamed 'just kick the fckn ball!', we then instantly proceeded to finally kick the ball to a wide open LRT, and he screams out 'ohhh not to him!' with genuine anger. Etched in my brain still makes me chuckle to this day.

McCartin in for Francis. Campbell from the 22 to sub. Roberts from sub to the starting 22.

Francis, Mitchell and Ladhams as emergencies. Or possibly because Ladhams hasn't played for a few weeks from memory ... Francis, Mitchell and Hamling.

Any word on Dangerfield?

If we’re including AA named players as quiet achievers, I’ll add Craig Bolton happily to the list. I think there would be a lot of Swans fans who forget that he actually won an AA selection, so quiet are his achievements.

If we aren’t, I’ll add Marty Mattner.

The current Crows coach could go on quiet achiever list
