I’m a sucker for a Friday night VC
On closer inspection maybe
Serong into Gawn.
Will all depend if I’m patient enough to get through a Friday night without a VC.

Don’t usually like putting the VC or C on players playing against my lads but I don’t think the pies will tag Zerrett. And well Bont is just Bont.

I don’t have Merrett but if I did I would make him VC for sure.
Love that the pies back themselves and never tag it’s great for us super coaches

Surely you guys VC Bont? 5-rd-avg of 148. If Zerrett or Daicos score 115, 120, 125, 130, you're taking it, and you could be missing out on a heap of points if Bont does Bont things.

I reckon there's enough safe-ish C options playing after the Dogs if Bont fails.

The only problem with that is if Bont is fully fit he might not score as well without a career ending injury

Yep, I can't believe people are throwing up options without Bont in them!

As said in the weekly discussion, my captain scores are crazy so i'm putting a lot of thought into it to try keep the record up.

Bont into Serong for me right now.

Bont logic: You can't ignore his form, he also has gone 125, 148, 128 against Port. He's scary to put the C on though because of all the injury talk.

Serong: I have been targeting Richmond mids all year with the contested boys and the results speak for themselves. You can even see the Serong C against Richmond in round 8.

Other considerations: Naicos VC... very, very tempting given he loves the big occasion and Essendon don't have a great matchup for him. Gawn C... West Coast give up big scores against Rucks but not against Gawn this year and his form is shaky.
