Yep he's definitely made his share of bone headed coaching/selection decisions since 21. Going forward I'm not sure if he's the man for the job.

Appreciate what Greg Stafford done for us during his tenure but it's no wonder we can't kick straight to save ourselves when we have a ruckman as our forward line coach.
