I know you want to marry Nick and get overly emotional about any discussion regarding him, but sitting on the outside is literally how he’s used. It’s not a critiscm. He’s not an in and under player, he’s a ball user.

I watched him closely live against Brisbane. He’s a good player but he gets a lot of junk possession which doesn’t progress Collingwood but which is good for SC.

His good possessions are A grade but they’re in the minority.

Yeah, he’ll never knock back a free ez chip when it’s lying there waiting to be gobbled up.
Definitely are some 1-2’s that inflate the stats, but he does win contested footy more than he’s given credit for.
