I have corrected the OP which said that the first game was 14th March. It's not ... as you probably realised.

The opening game is in fact the Sydney-Melbourne match at 7:30pm on Thursday 7th March (this coming Thursday). So this thread will be locked from the start of that game until the end of the season when the capsule is unearthed.

TIME CAPSULE RE-OPENED!

OK as we prepare to put season 2024 out with the torn up Christmas wrapping paper, the terrible jokes from the bon-bons, the recycling bin full of empty champagne bottles and beer cans and the screwed up wall posters of Bailey Smith in a Bulldogs jumper … it’s also time to retrieve the time capsule for 2024.



So how did we do?

Meh. Not so good. At least we had a respectable 25 entries.
Firstly here’s the AFL summary showing how many got each answer correct:

I've learnt 2 things about myself doing this time capsule thingy.
The first is my chances to win gold lotto are Buckley's and none and I'm talking 4th division forget about anything higher. The second is I would make a damn good weather forecaster here on the Gold Coast.
