Continued in Part 2

I've seen them 5 times, but sadly the cost of their last visit was way to much for me, having the need to travel and pay flight and accommodation go with it.

I would say a few more songs then that though.

There are some classic late music, 'Moment of Surrender', 'Every Breaking Wave' and one of my favourite U2 Songs 'Stuck in a Moment'
Well I will keep going (until others complain we are hijacking this thread, I think it makes a nice diversion from the political talk) worthwhile songs post 2000:

Probably about half of ATYCLB
Maybe Vertigo and City of Blinding Lights off HTDAAB
The first 4 tracks off No Line on the Horizon I like, and Fez Being Born
The Invisible non album single
That song they did for Mandella

I have not really liked anything off either Songs of Innocence or Experience (though maybe I should give another chance).

Great no u response there, pretty much my point exactly.
But you're offering no substance or rationale

I like his policies, but can't name any
Harris said Trump did/said stuff he didn't, but give no examples

Surely you can see why people might reasonably push back on that a bit on public discussion forum thread dedicated to the topic?

Bono has left the building peeps.
With tales of his oppression at the hands of anti-free speech leftists no doubt.

Always the same - "reasonable right wing opinions are not allowed", while providing some of the most unreasonable unsourced vibes-based shit you'll ever some across :drunk:

hey what did donald say about me?
Stop eating the ducks and cats

Such as?

Details, man.
Fracking - Shows she is a hypocrite. Lets see what her position is if she wins and doesn't need Pennsylvania anymore.

Trump would sign a National Abortion Ban - A lie, He doesn't want abortion to be a National Issue, and the Supreme Court already sent it back to the States. Trump even is in favour of Abortions under certain conditions.

Trump left Unemployment at the highest level since the great depression - False he got i down just before he left office, after it did spike due to Covid. but never close to great depression levels

Anyway I agree Trump said a lot more to be fact checked, but he wasn't alone.

As opposed to the TRUMP is a LUNATIC how can anyone vote for him, approach a lot on here use to shout down anyone who may think differently.

I am not even a Trump fan, but worry about the the polices the Democrat party now endorses.

Flip flop on Frackling, they wont flip flop, Pennsylvania still def needed in 2028 (if she wins this time of course)

National Abortion ban - I wouldn't bet against it, Trump doesn't give a shit one way or the other about abortion, is just trying to thread the needle of appeasing his base and not appearing an extremist on the issue to everyone else.

Well she said greatest SINCE great depression, obviously mitigating circumstances with COVID, but not factually incorrect.

I don't get the brouhaha about Harris' position on fracking. Isn't changing your stance at the will of the constituents generally what you want in a democracy?

What else can any politician do in the Abortion debate. It is such a hot divisive issue. I actually think he handles this issue well.

And there are people in America and on the Democratic side who are championing full term abortions, as sickening as that sounds.

Abortion would be any politicians krytonite.

Not overturn Roe vs Wade? Just a thought.

Thanks, much more reasonable.

Fracking - she's changed her position on it since 2019 sure, but has been pretty clear in her support of it all this election cycle. Unlike Trump on abortion...

Trump would sign a National Abortion Ban - he specifically dodged this question, to be fair. If Harris is a 'hypocrite' on fracking Trump definitely is on this, more flip flop than a pair of havaianas. He only reverted to the states stuff once it became clear to him how nuclear the issue could be after months of proudly taking credit for killing RvW.

Trump left Unemployment at the highest level since the great depression - yep probably the closest example to an outright lie. It was down a bit at the time he left office, still very high though.

So yeah, good examples illustrating that nothing Harris said even approached the levels of executing babies after birth etc.
