I get that but you gotta actually get there to choke again by cullling the above you ensure you dont for the next 5 years minimum.

You would be removing our best 2 small defenders our 2 highest goal kickers and one of the best small forwards in the game.

Again thats the problem with our club its a very difficult problem to fix when you win 19 games then the 22 forget how to football AGAIN when it matters the most.

Those names are bulldung. I am sad Parker is going. As for Lloyd, 3 times B&F, had one of his best years ever. So did Harry. As for Amartey & McLean, who will be our talls? We need to try to keep Warner. Paply? Have you lost your mind? One of the best small forwards in the comp, All Aus last year.

You only got one that is not useful as I think his pace is gone & he makes bad decisions & that is Adams. That was why he did not make the GF team. Who shoud go?;

Francis; Just not up to it.

Ladhams; Not good enough

Konstanty; doesn't get on the park long enough to find out if he can make it. When he is there he is underwhelming

Reid; Has retired

Parker; To North. Sadly

Kirk; Has not shown he has enough to even get a shot at it

Wicks; Not sure on him yet. Gets suspended more than a Kings Cross Worker

Magor; Probably goes but I thought he made some inroads at HB. I would like to see him swung forward now to his natural hunting ground but I'm afraid that won't happen

Corey Warner; Will probably get delisted but I think there is talent there. He needs to stack on a bit more weight as he gets shoved off the ball far too easily.

Hamling; Not sure about Joel. He didn't make the team even though he was kicking goals in the reserves.

Vickery; Is he up to it? We'll soon see

Edwards; Will has improved but still a long way to go

Buller; Has spent most of his time at Sydney injured. He showed a great deal of promise in the beginning. Even got a game. We really need him pushing the tall forwards for a spot . He is 200cm. He can take a huge grab. I hope we keep him.

We need to draft or trade in some real talent. Top end talent. Stringer is in the wrong age bracket. Too old & has about 2 years left. Who then is available & where are our needs? The midfield is the place we need to improve. Contested possession starts there & we were shite at that this season. We were also beaten when it counted in the clearances & stoppages. Our midfield went missing in the GF. This shows a definite problem. We need a big bodied mid, like Josh Kennedy. I wonder if we can pry McGuiness out o the Hawks (rumour is he is discontented there) or Kennedy from Carlton would be good too. Maybe both.

Our reserves rucks will need to come good. Green was not allowed to compete in the ruck much this year. Played mainly as a Key Forward. I am not sure Truslove is the answer to our development. We seem to have regressed every year he has been in the role. I think a new face would be good. I am in favour of trying to get Kennelly back. As soon as he left the reserves regressed.

I agree with all of this except for Adams.

He and Rowbottom should be the first two mids picked each week imo.

Yeah we should definitely be getting rid of Adams then, because the selections and decision making surrounding the rest of the GF team was obviously 100% brilliant and spot on!
