Shai Bolton is on the dockers best 23 now.

Can dockers be a finals side with all 3 of Frederick, Bolton and Walters in the best 23?

We will play finals the next 6 seasons running. The question this year is will Longmuir lock in top four? And if he doesn't, what will the club do?
thats a crazy perdicton as dockers best record is 4 years in a row under Ross Lyon from 2012 to 2015.

If dockers finish 9th or 10th next season, Longmuir is likely to be sacked and we either get a good experienced coach in or a Assistant coach from victoria.

We just added Rowlings as an assistant coach, he was runner up when we hired JLo, think it’s a moot point though as we’ll definitely make the finals next year and won’t be in the coaches market

Anyone seen a 2 time Brownlow medalist around here?

I'm not saying he's a gun or anything but I still think JOM has a role for us.

Not sure I'd say the same about Fyfe and Walters but they'll probably play quite a few games.

Alright, I'll have a crack.

Cox Pearce Ryan
Chappy Walker Clark
Sharp Brayshaw NOD
Freddy Treacy Sturt
Jackson Amiss Bolton
Darcy Young Serong

Johnson Raz Draper JOM

Sub: Aish

Think I got everybody, wow this team is stacked.

Switta? It's getting tough isn't it.

Stick with me for a minute.

IMHO the best win all season was the win in round 16 against the Swans. Cox and Walters came in the following week for Walker and Davies as we thumped the Tigs. That token win of the season and for me is a bad indicator of team performance given where the Tigs finished. To put it in perspective we swapped Voss for and Injured Darcey and lost to the Hawks, who weren't that good despite the hype. We brought Darcy Pearce and Walker back in to win against Melb. But lost Pearce and Fyfe to drop the game to Essendon. And... season was done when Tracey and Darcey went the following week.

So for mine there are minimal changes from that Rd16 team for our best 22.

FB - Chapman, Draper, Davies Pearce
HB - Walker, Ryan, Clark
C - Sharp, Fyfe, O'Meara
HF - Sturt Bolton, Jackson, Frederick
FF - Treacy, Amiss, Switkowski
FOL - Darcy, Serong, Brayshaw

IC - Banfield, Young, Johnson, Wagner NOD

I remain unconvinced about both Sturt and Banfield and could be persuaded either way there.
I would out of preference run NOD in place of O'Meara on field to start but that's not a big change.

Gunna have to find a way to squeeze Cox in there man, he'll be back to 2022 form.
