What do we think about Harley Reid? Usually there is the 2nd year blues factor but i dont really see it happening with him. He put in some very impressive performances towards the end of last season and surely he is fitter with another pre season under his belt. Does he get enough midfield time? Awkward price but i see upside
Not as a mid. Would have considered as a forward. I think he'll improve but lack the consistency to go 105+.

the next one im thinking about is Baker. Has had runs of form where he scores 100+. Im just wondering what role he will play? If he becomes one of their leaders in the middle he has considerable upside. Even a half back role could be lucrative but if they view him as a permanent small forward, then he is likely fools gold. His versatility is a big feature though so he may just plug holes

Training with the backs. Duggan training with the mids. So my guess is he’s taking Duggo’s role

Are we missing McKercher generally? Averaged 88 first year. I don’t have him currently but could go 100+. Awkward price unless pushes 110 though. Also role a big question mark, may play more mid which could hurt.
McKercher's in my side currently .....I'm liking his upside, if he continues off HB

His stinky bye that he shares with Sheez, LDU, Xerri, JHF, Rozee, TDK, Bont and others may be putting some off.

If he’s seagulling he will be hard to avoid.

106.5 average over the last 10 matches.

I think he'll do well, but at $477k, he's hardly a midpricer in defence. You'd have to be fairly confident he gets to ~100 average. Definitely on my radar, wouldn't be against starting him, but it all depends on the sub $450k options in defence (Short, Roberts, Mills, Kiddy, SDK, etc).

Expect him to seagull down back, with Daniel taking Fisher's spot.

Agree with this exactly. Still very tempted.

Can Perryman average 100+ as a full time mid?
Easily. I'll strongly consider, but he's a preseason watch, first need to see where Pendles and Crisp are going to play, and also see if De Goey and Titch finish off preseason strongly.

Is Tsatis a midpricer @ $191K ? ......or still a Rookie

"high price rookie" lol

Surely Zerrett, Parish, Durham and Caldwell are the main 4. Not sure if Shiel and Setters are in their plans. Then there's Perkins and Hobbs.

For almost $200k, I'm not convinced he gets enough on-ball time (let alone makes the 23).

Steve Buscemi cross off.gif

Tsatis OUT ......welcome Nathan O'Driscoll

According to training reports he's learned how to kick. I'll believe it when I see it.
I'm heading interstate tomorrow to attend some Crows training sessions .....and on my return I'll have my annual ESS training sessions to attend, so I'll provide some perspective to this bad Tsitas kicking ....can he do it under AFL pressure, he's certainly working hard at it
