But these are proper flying foxes. They are native, and flagged as being in danger…Oh, heavens, no. There are like a million species of bats distinguished entirely by stupid nonsense like the appearance of lightly longer ear hairs than an identical counterpart.
Really it should just be a mammals thread. But these are proper flying foxes. They are native, and flagged as being in danger…
Cmon Legs, don’t make me start a new bats thread
Not great for trac, considering how we rushed May back multiple times id be surprised if he wasn't already being used as a speccy bag the next day.
Same way if a boxer gets KOd they should head down the gym the next day and do some hard sparring to prove they aren't a pussyBeing used as a speccy bag with internal injuries is great for resilience I hear

True, but broken bones are just a thing to be expected from time to time... goes with contact sport.Or, now hear me out, I think the best result for his subconscious would have been for him to get hit in the chest and not broken his rib.
Dynamic Duo.!Who is the best Batman?
I guess we'll have to wait and see.
I think being slower off the mark can be mitigated if you've got either:
a) agility, good side step, excellent spatial awareness
b) good 2km times/work rate
c) excellent footy IQ/reading of the play
d) brute strength or physicality
e) very good reaction times/skill level
I think Langford has a decent mix of the above abilities, but the problem is that some of them will need developing as he adapts to senior footy.
If you've got a new talented kid on the list you want to integrate them into the team, get them learning structures and where they fit in, not on the other side of the oval doing sprints/specialised training. That shit is for the gym, where I'm sure they're probably tailoring his program to see if they can improve his speed.
I wouldn't be worried about Langford's speed over 20 metres and agree with your other points.
Given his tank, which will continue to improve, he has a higher motor rate
Great hands in the air, elite footy IQ and vision
Jordan Dawson clone for me
But will he get any votes in the Fadgelow?
