Gotta be honest looks the furtherest from being afl fit , no one would be panicking and I’m sure sc want him to be well heeled from bad hammy before ramping up , ask again aust day weekend
agree could have months off to get his leg right and start building condition, does not matter at the moment

it is not like we do not have other players to have a look at

Same with Hotton, just make sure his body is right because of focus is on premierships years ahead

Doubt will be too long was a hammy strain not broken leg but new year beckons I’d say

Geelong Cotton On shenanigans.
But we are a strong club and you are correct.
If he has an amazing year next year after his debut, then we can push it forward.
He is big enough to play seniors.

A few weeks ago I wrote what if Lalor was the next Jason Dunstall??

I looked at their heights.

Jason Dunstall 188cm, Sam Lalor 188cm, hmmm, not apples and apples but something to investigate at some point.

I mean if Sam kicks 100 plus goals, not saying he will, but if he did, f?ck it I say.

At this stage it looks like Lalor has the potential to be a better overhead mark than Dusty, maybe not as strong as Dunstall, but we shall see

The other point regarding height is at 188cm, the ground ball aspect hopefully is such Lalor is a goal kicking threat from this area as well apart from any midfield aspect so his goal kicking potential is more robust and confident
