At least I assume that's a rule. Quite frankly I see all types of wrestling, holding, and blocks in the ruck and can't tell much of a difference between those that are called frees and those that are play on.

It doesn't make sense to me.

I can understand a blocking call when the ruckman blocks the other and neither is able to make a contest but Goldy was protecting the drop zone, it felt so ruck lotto.
