Sounds a bit more than just not flogging him…Age said today that he’ll be severely restricted as he continues to deal with groin soreness and training will be modified until Xmas.

Anyway for what it is worth my info is modified program until Christmas. Has had a very minor soft tissue injury which he is now over. My training spy says he was moving well yesterday and looks to have dropped a couple of kg since he has been back. No mention of severely restricted. Of course continual groin issues hint at OP which no one is saying but if it is there is a chance it may flare up under more workload.
