Agree. He has the talent but seems to think he plays better than he is actually playing and tries to do it all himself...Hopefully the club can show him his good points and his bad points to help him become better.

Obviously he's best 22 - lots of power and skill.

But when he takes possession on the right wing/flank and turns inboard, he only looks at the corridor with tunnel vision. He automatically tries to hit a target in there no matter the risk. It cost us yet another goal last night. He has to swivel his head right and look to hit a target in the pocket when the corridor isn't on.

And he's not consistent with his pressure.
