I've got no issue with McKinleys poor game. I've seen MANY NM players have stinkers over the years - that's life. It's the selection of him that I have a MAJOR issue with. It was bizarre to say the least. Maybe BS wasn't driving home Thurs nite and made the most of it with a few sherbets?

I actuelly throught Hansen showed some good signs. He was good on limiting Nick's influence, and he presented a target up forward (the few times we lowered our eyes instead of banging it aimlessly to Petrie that is.)

Agreed. Hansen managed to limit St Crooked Nick to 9 marks and 3 goals in a half of football.

As for McKinley, he had a shocker. But don't blame him. Blame his selection. :stern look

In all honesty, it wasn't a game for his style of play. He isn't a player who can do anything against a 15 man defense. The team structure was off. Have we learnt anything from the Sydney game?
