Better off holding to his contract as we'd likely get a top 5 pick at Band 1 compo end of next year anyway than say pick 8 from Bombres or perhaps a match and trade even more if he has an AA year. The GC pick 4 would make you think about it if he doesn't want to stay.
I think we will hear his name all trade period to be honest being linked to every club as it's a pretty easy story to go to.
He won't be a RFA end of next year - hasn't played long enough.

Good ol dodoro type trade.

OR Straight swap for Jordan Ridley.
Errr… no…
100% Contracted for next year, we can ask for 8 & 27 to start a conversation
They won’t pay what we would ask for, they may come back in 12 months though but we will be better next year
Won’t happen short of something they would balk at

Ok I get a bit confused about it all, an RFA is McKay with 8+ years and top 25% earner is it?
So what happens if TT leaves end of next year then?

Then he’s out of contract.

Here is my goss re TT. Just told that Essendon and GC are both sniffing around for the right deal but want us to cover some of his $$$s. I'm also told he isn't 100% committed to leaving. Also told the club is 'open minded' if the deal is right. We all know that he is one more trip-up from finishing his career. He is a very lucky lad to have survived based on what I am told. The fact is he is as good as we have - hope we keep him but we have to accept there is a risk to keeping him. I can see positives both ways. But if he leaves I would be pi55ed if we pay a chunk of his $$$$s.
I've highlighted the bit where you should have realised someone was having a lend of you.

Polled coaches votes in 4 of his last 6 games.
Pulled his finger out to increase his chances at another club.

If he really wants/needs a fresh start, I won't hold it against him. He has disgraced himself a bit at the roos and it could be tough for him there .

The only reason we would pay to send him off is if he has a few more skeletons in hiding. The club knows him. I don't. I'll trust their judgement.
