I’d actually heard that Mase was a bit more fiery and reactive towards his teammates. Used to get pretty physical at times which is a surprise considering he never really showed that sort of physicality on the footy field.

Played there last year as well. Balwyn are known as big spending club so can assume financially it’s a nice spot to be playing local footy for him.

the sort of bloke suburban and country clubs should be targetting post afl, hard as a cats head, profesional in his application and plenty enough talent for the lesser leages.

The points cap in EFNL is a nice idea. But when a club like Balwyn with few supporters and next to no junior program can just spend big (their last two coaches are ex-AFL coaches) and have sponsors offering perks, it makes it a bit redundant.
