I agree, but I also think it was close enough that the umpire's call should stand. The fact they are being smashed is just another reason not to overturn it

Thought I saw a very small fraction of the foot behind the line. When the 3rd umpire checks the no-ball, the benefit of the doubt usually goes to the bowler anyway.

Doesn't have to be grounded. Can be raised. I think the rule is they have an imaginary line going straight down from the back of the heel.

Either way, it was bloody close. I think that is the no ball equivalent to umpires call.
