If CZ plays like did on the weekend consistently, then I’m all for it.
Look, two years ago the media were talking about CZs potential to increase his fitness and move into the middle to be the Petracca for North.

CZ still hasn’t built the required fitness to be a full time mid AND we haven’t had enough firepower up forward.

Drafting a KPF and recruiting a decent one while BG gains fitness and experience will allow this to happen.

CZ is too dynamic up field to ignore his midfield potential. He cleaves through congestion and opens up the play. If he gains another 10-15% fitness, I can see him averaging 20 and 2 easy.

I don’t know about averaging 20 and 2 “easily”

There’s generally about 5 players a year on average that manage 20 and 1

Because of my liver, I gave up drinking a long time back and as a result, I hardly go to pubs. After my company landed a decent contract (which they subsequently f*cked up but that's another story) six of us went over to Platform 28 to celebrate. As I was only drinking coke, I bought the first round. Five pints and a coke was around $80.

He quietly slips the $50 back into the wallet and pulls out the mastercard.

iam a pretty modest drinker these days, pretty much just beer and the odd red. big session now would be 6 pints, but mostly 2 or 3.

Whilst probably healthier it is nuts for young un's nowadays. I used to be able to get to a local haunt and have $1 pots until 11pm... I'd need a personal loan nowadays to have a night out as a student.

When I was a student in Hobart, a big night out may have costed you $30. That's if you went pretty hard and also stopped off at Zorba's in Sandy Bay for some chips on the way home.

Went to a rooftop bar down by the water when I was in town for the Poort game a couple of weeks ago and ordered two pints. The cost - $30.

When i used to sneak in to the warragul mens club in the day ( couldnt go to the local pubs as the bar staff knew me and i wasn't 18 yet, ) glasses were like 68c and pots were well 85 ish.

Still have fond memories of when i went to Praha in 98, beers there in the suburbs were like 15c for a half litre.

And the old Vietnam Bia Hoi's, where 2 USD would let you drink pretty much all arvo.

Might explain the popularity of other substances these days!

We had the Lady Bay back in the day. Friday nights were 99 cent spirits for 99 minutes. You would have a table covered in bourbon and cokes just before it finished.
