A month ago there were many posting that Archer shouldn't be on any AFL list. I was happy to see Jackson in our 22 based on heart alone. He showed more desire and hunger than most.

Lot of experts on BF with more knowledge than Clarko. Something to keep in mind.

Did anyone else notice that we employed a tactic across the game where two sets of players would compete for the ball but one North player would lock arms, block space and allow the other North teammate to peel off and affect the mark?

Arch did this a few times to great effect.

Plenty out there who could. That's why there are at least half a dozen state league players who come in each year, and make the grade.

he is a hell of an athlete, unreal closing speed, and not at all unskilled with the ball.

Hard to believe that's the little boy trundling around at training and kicking with Judas Gibson at the EJ Whitten game a few short years ago.

Yeh thought he had a neat low risk kick in his toolbox but the marking and followup possessions are game changers when forming an opinion on his potential.

Wait till Cooper comes on He's driven and wants to succeed. Foot injury set him back. Hopefully gets a taste before seasons end.
