He doesn't have to. Good sides have serviceable AFL players in the 22-30 range, and I'd be happy to keep Lazz on that basis - but given we aren't yet a good side, he gets a game next week

We actually rate him as a mid, just can't find a spot for him on a regular basis. Powell, Phillips, Cunners, Wardlaw. He's miles behind I suppose. But yeah you'd keep him.

Was pretty good. Some of the fringe mids like him need to learn some tricks. Tackle pressure up forward, defensive role etc. hes no different.

More than depth, who can know. But when a "depth" player comes in and goes ok - even in a team that is demolished - then that is a positive. Imo. Gets a tick for today. Imo.

That's understandable, he's only in his 3rd year. Another 3-4 preseasons & he'll be able to run a game out.
