Or are you talking about the Durham Russia gate investigation into the investigation, which Trump said would uncover the crime of the century, but which didn't.

I think the only person I have ever heard say that is you.

As I posted above. The investigation concluded that Russia DID interfere, including hacking and releasing sensitive Democrat records.

It also concluded the Trump campaign knew this, and expected to benefit from it, eg, they knew Russia was trying to get Trump elected.

What the investigation did not find, was the Republicans co'ordinatef with or conspired with the Russians directly.

So, while Russia hacked the Dems to benefit Trump, the GOP didn't ask them too.

But they also weren't upset by it.

And I would expect and hope that in Australia, political parties would have issue with illegal foreign interference in elections, even if it benefited them.

Still, the Dems challenged the election though right? i do recall Clinton saying the election was "not level" and Trump was "not a legit President" or something like that. And always calling Trump "Putin's Puppet"

What I am trying to point out, is that both sides of USA'ian politics use underhanded tactics to both win and challenge elections when they lose. Its not limited to one side. The vitriol the Dems are sprouting about Trump not accepting the loss in 2020 was similar to the Dems in 2016 when Clinton lost. The articles are still there on the web.

That is part of their long game. Don't be fooled into thinking it was a totally spontaneous "protest". Trump talked about this long before the election was held.

In no way am I asserting that the Democrats are squeaky clean, but their relative reactions to losing an election are simply not close to comparable, and I don't get why you keep pretending they are.
