I was really upset when this kid didn't get taken in the draft, it made me honestly wonder what had gone wrong in Tassie that he wasn't picked up, I thought he'd go in the second round and he went undrafted. Honestly view him as one of the best young players to come out of Tassie. He's a legit burner, super competitive, tackles like an animal and the trait that really stood out for me is that he's really clean when the ball hits the deck.
I can't really think of a player comparison, but he does remind me of another athlete.

If that’s what you’re in toIs there a limit to how high they go? Could we give someone #69?
You’ll find both would take it as #69 goes both waysNope. We could but I doubt that anyone would take it haha
some ripping wineries on the borders though. That issue we have been having with players not sticking up for each other won't be an issue with Jye. He's a Bridgewater lad, legit one of the roughest suburbs in Australia.
Chayce Jones killed it at that level... I dont know what the crows did to himIt was definitely a shock when he didn’t get picked up, I watch state league here every week and I hadn’t seen an 17/18 year old that comfortable at that level since Tarryn Thomas.
I can't really think of a player comparison
20 year old small forward with huge running power and real speed?
He walks straight in to Smith's spot, doesn't he?
Smith's short.
From the same town as Josh Green in Tassie

I thought Josh Green was a Midway Point lad? Think he played for Sorell before Clarence. From the same town as Josh Green in Tassie

Bridgey and Sorell aren't far away as the crow flies. But it would be a 35-40min drive.
Could easily be the case. We are short 1 or 2 genuine small forwards anyway so you can take your pick out of Guelfi/Smith/Waterman20 year old small forward with huge running power and real speed?

Bridgewater is no joke. Ive been there once and was attacked by a group of 10 yoofs, one pulled a knife, but I got away and they damaged my rental car in the process, mind you that morning I had spoken to the servo cashier that had stitches from a recent robbery. That issue we have been having with players not sticking up for each other won't be an issue with Jye.
