I don't think anyone is blase to it, rather they don't believe it is a serious or credible step. Once he gets in from Jan 20, that may change.

No. Trump was elected legitimately by the people, just as Biden was in 2020. The ceremony of certification is a tradition. What he does after he takes office is unknown. I'm planning on buying a "Don't blame me. I voted for Kamala." bumper sticker. I just need a car to put it on. I do have a few extra "Impeach Trump" badges that I might recycle. I still have one on my footy scarf.
