Thinking out loud with no firm evidence, reckon WC wanted him in the mid-season and he wanted them but just wanted an AFL chance, but we took him before WC could pick. Again based on nil evidence, reckon WC likely chatted to him after that, that they would pick him up after he saw out his 6 month mid season contract. Dont think any chance he will be part of any trade because he is out of contract in a few weeks and can be picked up in other ways (late Draft, Pre-season draft or SSP period).
