He shouldn’t be allowed to retire until he overtakes Plugger imo

Then you bloody better well hide him each off season and pump HGH and stem cells directly into his knees. Guy has played since 2014 with a degenerative knee condition. I'm shocked the bearded god has played on this long. Always gives everything he has too and if the umpires sucked his dick instead of raping him he'd likely have another 100+ goals and almost certainly another 1-2 colemans.

It just not in his nature to complain about the defensive tactics on him like Hawkins does. It's probably worth 15 goals a season.

"...and in a move that could extend Kennedy's career the AFL have allowed zimmer frames on the field...as long as they are not used as weapons"
Would have to remove that lower bar at the front so that the kick for goal would not be impeded.

And also his apparent career ending elbow injury.

Nah he throws it aside as part of his kicking routine a la Quentin Lynch

Kennedy has confirmed he's not playing on next season

Enjoy it while it lasts folks

This is going to take some time to absorb.

I genuinely think we were a much better side in 2012 than in 2011 and it fell to pieces at the end but if Kennedy was there it would have made a huge difference.
Don't forget Lecca's ACL.

I hope we get a similar opportunity in the next couple of seasons. We should have a bunch of developing young guns from the draft, with vets like Gov, JD, Yeo, Kelly, Ryan, Rioli, TB etc to level them out.

2012 we lost Lecca and Nicoski early. Masten and McGinnity were forced to fill those spots up forward. Then we lost Kennedy.
We also lost to the Pies at the G by 3 points and there's also that fking bullshit James Polkinghorne goal.
2012 was never to be our year.

Here's to JK getting his 700 vs. Carlton.

Just looking at the player records and JK is running at 146 wins to 120 losses. Not bad, but gee Sumich has an impressive W/L record. 100W-48L, better than 2:1.

And of course that made me look at more.
We have a few impressive W/L record holders. And most are not names I would have put near the top of the list.
Tony Evans 72-36, exactly 2:1
Karl Langdon 65-33, so close to 2:1
David Hart 116-67 1.75:1
And so close to winning it is David Hynes 52W 20L @ 2.6:1
but the winner is (and, no you didn't pick it either)...
Peter Wilson 85W 32L @ 2.66:1.
