Got the same one for the mother in law, certainly is an old school phone with no modern keyboard. Kinda nuts how far phones have come in 25 years.

Aldi has a cheap non data plan. Sold it to my best little mate .... he gets a rejuvenated iPhone and a no data sim, until he's a bit older, then we just change the sim so he can get some data .... way too much thinking being a parent!

Firstly not directed at anyone at all - this is for everyone.....there's a lot of valid discussion out in the world at the moment - I'm certainly not posting this with the intention of (reminder not a mod on the North board btw) suppressing discussion or telling anyone what to to think.....
But surely some discussion is worth taking to the SRP, especially after repeated failed attempts at OG RCT?
Again, not telling anyone what to post - but I kinda made this thread with intention of having a more light hearted escape/discussion from the shit stuff in the world - there's enough of it everywhere you look at the moment on social media.
Lastly, and I wouldn't make the effort to say this outside of NM board as it's not worth the effort - but as a person - is it really worth spending the energy convincing people who have no intention of moving their positions on topics?
You're all good people, and it gets a bit sad that people from different backgrounds, experiences, trauma - who all mean well - fall for the same trap of getting into circular aggressive discussion that never goes anywhere. It's really not worth it.
