Official bank rate minus margin is what you tend to get with some advertising chucked in for some twisted hope they can upsell you into other more profitable products (banks have gotta eat too).

Much of muchness with new cost of living predicament and inflation rate.

Probably best to pay off debt and up super contributions (fingers crossed there's no serious correction), to be honest.

Oh yeh

Salary sacrificing Super rapidly increases the balance unbelievably

Just spoke with a bloke who’d be across it, imo. Reckons that Point Nepean Rd that has been closed since the landslide, will reopen over the weekend … only to be reclosed on Tuesday. VicRoads apparently stalling over 1 word in a report, that might see them liable to road users … A fair bit of duckshoving going on, Council already up to their nuts in a previous landslide dispute. Anthony’s Nose, as it’s known, soon to resemble the Sphynx

Does a single engine plane such as a Cessna have air conditioning?
Well off I went on an almost related tangent ..... the old bi-planes must never have had heating as the pilots seemed always garbed with gloves and scarves ..... could have had a heater at their feet though ..... my old Leopard tank had an awesome heater. When we were all closed down it was warm as toast. The driver had a thing that looked like an old school vaccuum head up behind the accelerator and brake pedals as the heating outlet, but the piping that fed that ran to the left hand side behind the fire extinguisher panel. If a driver was savvy enough, he could make a bit of a hole in the pipe so the heater would blow a little just behind his shoulder, and then another hole further up that'd blow across your hands while you were driving. Worked a treat.

LOL. Not the ones I have been in, not to say you can't get it but the ones I have been in out of Moorabin are a bit povo.
Flew out of moorabin to tassie years back in an 8 seater and one of the fellow passengers was providing heating via the dutch oven.

Just wind the window down like when you were a kid.

People in the back seat cop a bit of a blast so be sure to sit up front so you are comfortable.

I’m not going

I see the Cessnas training on 40 degree days and just wondering if it’s hot up there behind that engine

When they're on the runway and on the tarmac doing their pre/post flight checks and prep, it's very hot.

But once they're in the sky it's fine. The air is cooler up there and the wind rush keeps things comfortable.

Is it hard to learn?

Do you need Maths?

I’m red/green colour blind; does that matter?

I wouldn't go up with you, not that that would be much of an issue as I'm terrible company at the best of times. Small planes make me sick.

Cost my little brother $200k(ish). Not worth it unless you're dripping in cash, though really good for crop dusting and keeping an eye on ya herd of cows, gaso.

Does this all tie in with your Avalon Airshow adventure? You might win a prize! :) Red Baron for a day?

Elite brands that went cheapo to Kmart etc

Mambo
Quicksilver
Ekho
Any 1970-2000 Band that off load extra stock

Wat else?
Colgate, Huggies, those sort of toiletries have definitely. I do a multi-store run bi-weekly and ya BigW, KMart, Target types are all cheaper than Coles for that kind of Merch.

I have nothing better to do, so have all the time in the world to save bucks where possible. My Sis does ALDI, I just can't. It's too disorganised and poorly set up.

its actually very organised, isles dont change ( other than the center aisle) day to day confusing you where the staple your looking for has moved to, and all the stores are pretty much set out the same way.
That shit in the centre. It changes every time, I'm quite set in my ways.

I actually don't mind ALDI for stuff I don't eat (if you know what I mean). It's just out of my way, I literally have to go past Coles and Foodworks to get there, so doesn't really happen.

its the opposite to you here, aldi is the easiest store to get to, can get in and out of there pretty quickly,
