No. The western stand is for Adelaide oval Football Members and Crows/Power Essential Members. Same as AAMI is now. Just replace Premier members with the Adelaide Oval football members
No they're arnt SANFL anymore. Its SMA Membership.
It is pretty much the same thing. All footy members revenue goes to the SANFL, all SACA membership revenue goes to the SACA. The failed Ultimate membership was to be divvied up, but that is no longer the case.

The curiosity factor will be enough for the AFL to do it. There's something to be said for showing off too.

What's it matter anyway? Both teams get to play at the 2nd ever AFL game at Adelaide Oval, and as with any other showdown any fans may buy tickets and cheer on their team with full passion.
