Add to that the fact that for the first few weeks of the season the centre spread has had some sort of "game of the week spread" ... so far each week its been of the Crows game. IT was fair enough the first few weeks as the Adelaide/Collingwoood game was a good one, and we were terrible against West Coast. ut this week when we play a decent/exceptional game and the Crows are poop ... the spread is still of the Crows.

I'd just finished playing footy and had an hours drive home so caught most of the pre-game - it was deadset embarrasing how naive and blind he was.
Every other panaelist was commenting on how stupid he was sounding, yet he maintains Craigy and Triggy would never tell a white lie to benefit their football club.

If oppositions don't tag him it's simply because they realise that a one on one tag is ineffective. Their plan is generally to limit his effectiveness by clogging up the space ahead of him, which is why he is hand-balling more and more thus releasing the players around him. The fact that he is getting so many contested possessions shows the unadulterated class and work ethic of the man.
Also because of the zoning we see now, it is more difficult to apply a hard tag without the extra bodies around the contests.

Ummm, Matthews kicked 900+ goals as a midfielder, and later as a forward pocket.
Nope, I said each of them are different types, and each of them were/are great players that I'd love to have in my footy team.
BTW, if the players are not full forwards or permanent forwards, the total goals each kicked is hardly a true indicator to greatness.

Have'nt seen the game as I had a busy night/day but heard we were 17 points down at half time and lost by 52, an improvement from last year where we lost by 68 points and for three quarters I "enjoyed" watching Geelong play pure Footy.

So let's go through lies that have been debunked in this thread:
-Ablett never cops hard tags (reality: he mostly does)
-Ablett was thrashed by Sewell (reality: he continued playing well for the 3rd quarter before being rested in the last)
-Petrenko tagged Ablett (reality: he went to him when Ablett was being rested in the forward line. Shirley was the only one who tagged Ablett)
-Ablett gets cheap handballs (reality: it is a tactic to free up space for himself and his teammates or to get the ball out of congestion)

Well Power supporters themselves don't bother turning up to their own team's games, you can hardly blame anyone for thinking nobody cares about that team.
You yourself are a perfect example of this. You cry and whinge a lot in this forum but you don't go to any games. Because if you did, you would know for a fact that Danyle Pearce gets racially abused by Power supporters on a regular basis.

Once again you resort to unsubstantiated (and unsubstantiable) allegations. Without one skerrick of proof you have been bashing "racial abuse allegations" like a wife beater bashes his missus.
Now back to the topic, I’m glad the worlds best coach Craig David came up with a fool proof plan to curtail Ablett’s influence. After all Ablett is my DreamTeam captain. Thank you Craig, your incompetence is appreciated.

If so, you are a massive loser who needs a life (especially considering you live in Victoria, but I can imagine you driving down to AAMI to watch our games and then to come back to Bay 13 and say 'I heard someone in the crowd say Abo, all Port supporters are racists! Oh and BTW I haven't missed a game for anything less than a broken ankle I suffered last year for a long time. And I've never heard anybody racially abuse Pearce. It may happen somewhere but not where I'm sitting (did you read that bit? That's called not pretending to know something that you can't possibly know)
Fact of the matter remains that Power supporters should stop whinging and crying about lack of media coverage or low attendances when they play interstate because they themselves don't care about their team enough to attend games.

If you present some facts I will be glad to refute them. You may not know this, but it can be difficult to hear what every single person in the crowd at an AFL game is saying. I have never heard anyone racially abuse Pearce. It might happen, there are a lot of assholes in this world including yourself, but I've never heard it.
