I loved the live chat option, it’s with a ****ing Kbot. I asked if my emails were being answered by a computer. That’s what it felt likeThey are fzzked to deal with..
I had the same problem a few months back.
I had a previous account linked to newscorp/the advertiser..
Then I got a new account..
I updated the app on my ipad one day.. it went back to the start page on opening and showed both my previous and current accounts and ask me to choose which one.. i didnt know which one the current one was..
I chose the wrong one (the old one) and it didnt work obviously and fxxked me around for hours trying to get it rectified..
And their level of customer service is barely worthy of being classed as junk.
