the players have belief in the coach, they have all signed extended contracts under his watch

the issue isn’t belief, they have become comfortable because our selection policy is about sticking with players for continuity

the bigger issue is our s**t assistant coaches

Burns, look at his record at WCE, Collingwood, Hawks they all struggled when he was there, our defence struggled under his watch and now he had turned our forwards from gold to dust in one pre-season

Then their is VB, boring as batshit as a captain, vanilla as a player and our midfield play that way as well

we were instruct the moment our players voted in a ln average leadership group, it give us an insight on how they view the world, they rate clubman and training standards over the ability to get it done on game day

i cant recall a time our midfield and forward line was more out of sync. barely any kicks went to players and players were barely leading. and why the **** was dawson allowed to go hide in the back half? he should be owning this, he is the captain and he has been extremely poor these first 3 games. for most of these players to be far off what should be basic expectations is ridiculous.

Club's cooked. The fight is gone. Even last year when we were down the fight was there. We only lost 4 games last year by more than 3 goals. That's 2 already this year.

Neil Craig's last game as coach was pretty awful. Only 3 goals and beaten by 103. He stepped down after that game.

But then the miracle of 2012 almost happened.

Anyone else actually dread game day now? Like, I just know what is going to happen, and that I am going to get incredibly annoyed, but will still tune on for 3 hours of disappointment…being a supporter of this club is just so friggin hard the last 25 years…

A lot saying it's worse than 2020 too. No way. We are hot steaming poo at the moment, but for the first half of 2020 we looked like an Under 15s side. It was Melbourne at their worst and we were in the conversation for worst team of all time.

The issue here is that we're 4 years on from that and yet still look like we have no idea what we're meant to be doing.
