I think scientists would be very interested in a new species of mouse upon seeing how quiet you get when proven blatantly wrong

2022 🤣🤣🤣🤣

HINDSIGHT.
Did you not say in this thread that Curnow gets most of this goals from free kicks?

That's objectively wrong, cake for brains. You can't really talk here.

Have fun slipping down the ladder, btw.

Wouldn't surprise me if Sydney don't even make it. One of the best things about a finals system is that it rewards the team that consistently produces the best form against the best teams more often than not. However, it also adds a randomness to things that I do love.
Sydney are stand outs at this stage.

Their form has been irrepressible.

Can’t wait to play them at the G in the big dance!

dispatched an out of form geelong. we gave them a look but shut the door a couple of times.
i haven't seen every illegal tackle suspension ever, but the dangerfield one seems on the softer side. be kind of surprised if there was a suspension in it. looked more like the old 'carried forward' tackle.

geelong last quarter very much played like a team that has had the air sucked out of their season.

sad sight seeing hawkins on crutches at the end. not a way a player should leave the game, if this is it.
Yeah, I thought for duty of care, wasn’t much more danger could do, but he will go due to look of it.

Carlton definitely cooked the Cats last night.

Your midfield is painfully slow. But yep I got the tip wrong.

Still waiting for you and other Blues to note that my mob was the better team on the day.

But considering most Blues fans leave the game early when being flogged you are at least consistent.

Swans are still a mile ahead of us, gun midfield, hard at it.

Now that you seemingly have unearthed a competitive ruck , you're right in it.
Swans weakness is their backline. The two big Carlton forwards can stretch them of get enough forward entries

Maybe you are right, but all credit to the Swans, just smashing it, deserve to be favorite's for the flag. The rest just hoping to make it to the GF.

rule change required?

So there was the Bomber Thompson premiership and the Steve Hocking premiership;

If this is the start of a decent lull for the Cats (not sure myself) do you stick with Chris Scott?

I don't see him as a premiership coach without a massive tail-wind assistance.

This was Hardwick leaving punt rd for the Gold Coast …

Could this be Scott setting sail …

Where are all those cocky Carlton supporters who kept telling me they look forward to meeting again later in the year??
Well, here it is and I like my boys to get the job done (again).

Cats win by 22 points and recapture their early season form :thumbsu:

1719011231038.jpeg This is it and we've had a good 20 year run, no complaints here, but this team is going nowhere and time's up. With time catching up with them, injuries, poor form and more suspensions Essendon will have a field day next week. It's going to be an ugly few years ahead.

You have Jeremy Cameron in your team - anything is possible with him. Ridiculous player
