you think we'll kick that inaccurately this weekend?
If our midfield continues to move the ball at a snails pace forcing our forwards to take all their shots under pressure at difficult angles then yes we will continue to kick inaccurately.

As an aside, I don't know if you realise this or not, but you're an actual joke. A meme. Bigfooty users use you to insult other Melbourne Demons supporters lmao.

The head says we should win this.

Clarry is undercooked, Trac is injured, and with Brayshaw gone - odds are North win the midfield battle.

Elsewhere Lever is still out. JVR their only quality KPF.

Even if Neal-Bullen goes to LDU, Wardlaw is in such good form. And its hard to see the Dees offering great matchups on Sheezel and Curtis.

And yet, it really is just so hard to convince myself that we could be looking at North's first great upset of the year.

why is this game at the mcg? would be lucky to hit 5 figure attendance
Because Melbourne play their home games at the MCG, pretty basic concept.

Lol that's fine by me. I wasn't the one who thought Grundy was going to be a success did I?

I also said Windsor's foot skills were poor when everyone else said they were high end. People also said ANB was a scrub a couple of years ago. Now he's a fan favourite..So i'm happy to not agree with those people because who actually follows footy over there, certainly not allthatpower and TK.

Interesting game for us, a win or (yet) another competitive loss and all the signs that we have turned a corner look promising, but a heavy defeat and it may be another step backwards.

I hope what we have seen over the last two games becomes the new norm for us and we can be competitive, and for longer, but I'm not convinced the new North has arrived just yet. But I have tipped us for the upset. :)

I get the Melbourne pessimism but I'm still scarred from the 1st quarter of last year's match at the G. Melbourne led 8.2 to 1.0 at the first change and strolled to a 90pt win, the biggest loss for North last season.

Therefore I can't see a 90+ point improvement at the G in just a year. Admittedly though I haven't watched the Demons much lately. Their fans would know much more about their recent plight.

North have had smoke blown up them all week which would be very unusual for the players. Can see this being a drop-off game.

Melbourne by 21.

I'm putting my faith in North for the first time in a very long time. I am deciding to believe that last weeks effort against us was more than just a bottom team playing their Grand Final, that there was more substance to their performance than just raw emotion. I think they will win this game, I think they will run the Dees off their legs.

North by 15 points.

Plus, I have a nice little North centric same game multi to boot! Bet responsibly!

Melbourne will move the ball better against us. It's part of the game we are not very good at.

This could actually be the game of the round …. Does north still have the fire in the belly they did last week? If so then they can win!
