I suspect each team kicking against the wind goes extra defensive for the quarter. Hopefully with just one KPD on the field now we can defend well enough.

You'd think the Suns and Giants would get looked after as an AFL incentive to help them compete and succeed and grow but nope, Vicbias lives on and especially towards the struggling Vic clubs. They really despise interstate teams winning flags deep down, hence Dogs-Swans GF umpiring etc.

Extra salary cap for northern clubs suggests the opposite though.

this was before he hurt his ankle. Last week he had a pathetic 9 disposals in the 2nd half from a full inside mid role. His tackle totals are well down too.
The AFL scripted the clayton oliver show last week so our midfield brigade were down, yes
 
I feel sorry for the suns. The lions have been forced to play the dogs in their tin rattler palace many times.

Any ground where supporters can make noises by banging on plywood boundary fence ads is not an afl level ground.
