AFL Silver Membership Waitlist Number Part 2

Does anyone know what they are like at policing access to level 2 / 2A. I bought tickets for a couple of teens middle level 4 but I was thinking of telling them to head to 2A at a quarter time - going by the Essendon vs Carlton match there will be plenty of seats there to pinch if they want a better view.
Such dishonesty is frowned upon in our community.

May the trap door find you soon.

If your club of support is the home team, can you still scan in at GA instead of AFL members (for a non fully-ticketed match)?
If so, is that still the case if AFL members is sold out but GA still has availability?

Still? I've never been able to scan in (or out) at any gate other than 6/7 (for the past 9 years of membership). Always seemed ridiculous so I've tried periodically every year with no luck.

I am sure I have read that multiple times (if you are home team) but I have a reserved seat in the Richmond area, so I use that to scan in normally. I will make a point to try using my AFL membership at another gate for a home game (but not this week since it is fully ticketed).

I've definitely scanned into gates other than 6/7 this year and prior years for Hawks home games. Are you sure you have selected them as your club of support?

Absolutely sure (of Hawks club support). I'm only silver but wouldn't think that would make a difference? I'll try again at Hawks v Pies

Having said I am absolutely sure, I just logged in to my AFL membership account and there is nothing anywhere stating I have Hawthorn club support (nor anything saying I don't) - I thought I have seen this somewhere in the past. I get the Hawthorn member pack every year and did this year. Strange, an email may be in order.

thats nuts. and a joke. that the richmond fans only turn up for this and not other games
People have lives. You buy your membership and it's up to you if you want to go to the game, watch it on tv or not watch at all. Respect to Richmond fans who are showing up in huge numbers to honour a great of their club.

They, like every other club in the AFL, have reserved seat members that do not show up to every game.
The only times you ever see the member reserved areas above 90% for any club is for the home team on Anzac Day and a West Coast home derby when they are good.

AFL and public sold out. Down to MCC and of course the Medallion Club thieves.
70k is the record for these teams which should be easily broken.
Got over 91K at that 2018 final. But these predicted crowd numbers are crazy. Should be 95% Richmond if true
