I am glad round one I only need to use Ticketek.
Tickemaster for games at Docklands were horrible for Carlton v St.Kilda.
Carlton v Richmond at MCG via Ticketek not had the same nightmares.
Least did not have to be online more than 10 minutes.
For the pre-season stuff had to be well online for over an hour.
There no way that possible to hang round normally that amount of time for a lot of us on a 10 am weekday.

Got tickets for Thursday night...very smooth. But surprise surprise, a $3.15 service fee.

Happened to a mate of mine. I think he refreshed and it disappeared, but that's a big risk as it could kick you out of the system.

If you really care about the $3.15 you could probably call them up and get a refund.

Already in the process of finding out why. To be honest, I'm not fussed about the money, just happy to be going. It's more the principle of it.

The only thing I can think of was that I added my youngest son (Aged 1-6) without a barcode as he doesn't have club support yet on his membership.

So I bought tickets for my family now how do I get them their tickets? Will I have to screenshot them all and SMS it to them?
You can forward to their email addresses, but when you do you lose the QR for your own use. Best option is to screen and send. This way when someone can't access their ticket or tells you they didn;t get the email you can send it again etc.

Yeah I was gonna forward it but it was saying the person I send to has to login to their ticketek account to access and not sure they all have accounts

Will screenshot and send

Interesting i tried this and it said she was only entitled to the 11am sale, same membership 1-6 yrs old

No dramas on Ticketmaster for Hawks v Bombers.
They started the queue about 9:30, I entered it at 9:33, took me into ticket purchase area at 10:02, scored a level 1 seat.

Was a bit worried because last lot of stats I saw there were about 10k Gold+Silver members between the 2 clubs with only 3k seats available and the AFL likely to siphon a few of those off for themselves as usual. Below is the Gold(Full) and Silver table they released back in about 2012 which I've posted quite a few times in this thread over the years.

I had spoken to AFL membership earlier this week and they had advised me that I would have the option select a Child (Age 1-6) on my barcode in addition to a ticket for myself. Normally, Children Under 7 can just walk in without scanning but for contact tracing purposes, they have enabled this option in the booking process.
