Where do you think a lot of our laws and ethics come from?

Most of them are common sense rules that would have been enacted by ancient people groups in the absence of Abrahamic religions.

Ethics certainly preceded religion. If anything, religion leads to bad moral takes. Predominantly atheistic societies typically have higher education and lower crime rates.

Not the same thing. All players in a team have to wear the same jumper.
Sponsors logos are a patch/sticker on the jumper and can be modified, e.g. if a 17 year old was to take the field in an AFL game I don't think they would be allowed to wear a jumper with an alcohol or gambling company logo for ethical reasons.

Stalin saw Christianity as a threat to his power. The root cause of his actions was political ie totalitarianism.

The Chinese government doesn't have a general policy against religion. They accept officially sanctioned churches that stick to religion. They persecute religious groups that are tied to political and anti-government policies.

Atheism isn't a belief or ideology. It's just an unbelief in deities.
