They said it took inspiration from the Power lightning bolt design. Would've looked good as an all black background with just a giant rainbow lightning bolt outline down the middle. The chevrons just make it look weird.

To be honest, we've been outplayed and the scoreboard feels about right. Feels like they came out expecting it to happen. Hopefully they can turn it around in the second half.

We're not playing well by any means but I still think we've been the better team. Hard to overcome such a one sided display of umpiring though. 16 free kicks in a half of AFLW is an extraordinary number.

Seriously, where have these umpires been before they umpire AFLW? If this competition wants to be taken seriously get some more experienced professional umpires involved. I have seen better umpiring in division 5 amateur league.
