I agree we should get rid of Beams, he didn't make AA this year.

Others mentioning moving him to HBF I really hate this idea.... I really think in tandem with Elliott they could be very damaging small forwards from next year for the next 8 years.

At the beginning of the year i was all for moving him to HBF. However, I thought that Didak, Krakouer and Thomas would be long term servents for the team still.

Especially if Thoams leaves, our forward line lacks any x-factor apart from Elliott who can't really crumb.

Buckley's mission over the off-season is to make our forward line dangerous again.

We need goal-kickers with skill and an ability to create.

Fasolo fits the mould.

He has issues and needs to work on a lot of areas...especially his defensive pressure and consistency.

However, he is the sort of player we need to develop. I hope he has a huge pre-season.

There is a big difference between prancing about on stage and playing a full AFL game. He had a very serious injury and by all accounts has worked bloody hard in rehab. How about you give him a break and let him have a bit of fun?

Rodan did his part with a torn ACL, so I wouldn't use that as any guide to Fas's fitness.

But he will be back, better than ever next year, and we need him. He may need one more season as a forward before building his tank up to play as a part of a midfield, but his natural talent alone is exciting.

Oh, and he'll take over as the face of the kids membership at the club too.

Wow some stinky, yet not surprising negative posts here given the particular posters. Fortunately the majority of posters have a degree of common sense.

If he has an injury free season he'll be a top 10 player for us in 2014, future AA IMO.

I want him in the midfield immediately. The less time he spends as a forward the better.

Also, neither he or Elliot are particularly adept crumbers. Fasolo has greater scope for improving his game to be a quality midfielder. I doubt Elliot will ever be able to do this, his strengths in creating defensive pressure and tackling should keep him as a solid small forward.

Finally, I'm probably in the minority here but I think Mooney will develop enough to be best 22 at some stage next season and they'll probably want him to play in the forward half. Seeing as he, Fasolo and Elliot are all very similar lead up and mark small I doubt they play in the forward line all at once. Keep the guys who exert the most forward pressure in the forward line and move the highly skilled fat boy to the middle where we can make a man out of him imo
