Stolen from stretcharmstrong assessment but every should take a look at this interview

So raw, many of us had him in our best yet he says he was poor and he honestly thinks that, Jack Watts should take a look at how bad this guy wants to better himself and take not

Dawesy > Jack Watts right now

Dawes doesn't even have half the talent Jack Watts does, either.

I still maintain that he's worth every cent we're paying him, and pick #20 in the 2012 draft three times over.

Thoughts on our bet, A11dAtP0w3R? If Dawesy keeps up his current rate of production you might have to change avatars well before season's end ;) And to think he's probably not even playing at full fitness and match readiness yet. If you're willing to admit his worth I might be willing to let you out of our little agreement :p

The man has the heart of Phar Lap. What he lacks in class he more than makes up for in dedication, effort and throwing his weight around. Well and truly worth it, especially with Clark gone now. We would be in a world of hurt without him.

Never realised he has a bit of pace too.
It's more that he's just given his man the sit down and shut up don't argue than outright pace but he is nifty off the mark.

"I was really poor today, I thought i had my colours lowered. You know Thompson from the gold coast is a good player, but I had opportunities and stuffed them up. So that's still pretty disappointing."
13 Kicks, 4 Handballs, 2 Clearances, 5 Marks, 3 Tackles, 2 goals, 6 I50's.
God I love this man.

He was so dirty on himself for missing those set shots, He is the spiritual captain of that forward line

Yeah I just love is effort, work rate and presence when he's on field, and his heart when he's off field. Surely he brings the guys around him up by a few percent both on game day and on the training track.

He was great yesterday, busted his gut many many times, love the example he is setting around the place. If some of our boys can start emulating him and Crossy we'll improve under this game plan no doubt.

Loved him ever since he came into the side last year. I've said before he isn't an A grade forward (Still a good player, but he'll never be kicking huge bags) but with him up forward we are a 3-4 goal better side, he straightens us up so much, he is the leader of the forwardline and I really hope the younger players can follow his example.

He should be either co-captain with Jones or vice.
Nope. Jones sole captain imo.

I hate the idea of captains. That doesn't really make them the captain, it's not the point.

He can still be a leader out on the field though.

Grimes was awesome today

But Dawesy is the spiritual leader of this club, Chunk is a captain in actions but tonight I saw the making of Dawes the captain
His ability to impose himself with that huge tackle and the Revving up of Watts was amazing, He doesnt need a title but he showed what true leadership is

I :hearts: him
