He would have been specifically told to try and get a rise out of KT in the hope he would let something slip that they could use against us. 7 replied by letting Smithson carry on like a dill and headlining why Port are rying to hide the tape.

I am cool with that.

We can go full throttle at them now without any qualms in court if we wish.
Pity that the girl will have to suffer, but that is on 7's conscience.

Ch 7 would not give a **** about either or. They want that footage to prove she bullshitted to them or to prove Sam is guilty. KT said they'll get their evidence to ch 7 behind closed doors. That's pretty interesting and says alot.
