the deadlines are there for when a draft is running on a very tight schedule.
because we have only 22 picks to go there's no huge rush.
however, it's also unfair if someone gets to sit on a pick for a day or more to evaluate pre-season games.
it being friday night tho, how about we give redragger till early afternoon (say 11am) to make a pick, and if he doesnt do it, he'll slip down a spot, and next person can make a pick???

you can also PM me who you want, especially as im done trading and wont give out info.

but if others disagree and feel redragger's pick should slip down right now and let next person up make a pick, then speak up.

Agreed. Give him till 11am or noon then Woodson should be free to pick.

One shouldn't be allowed to just sit on a pick like this with the potential to gain an advantage that they wouldn't normally have had had they made the pick in a timely fashion (even if its an unintended advantage)

The Mustangs would like to contest that pick. With Bulger retiring, we have 7 spots remaining on the roster. Since your mob had a solid season last year, why are you claiming it automatically? very very selfish!!

Heres my 2010 draft and just shows how its a crapshoot as i mentioned.

Arrelious Benn WR Buccaneers - traded for 2nd round, THT and Tate.
Darryl Washington LB Cardinals - rostered, hopefully a starter in 2011.
Early Doucet WR Cardinals - cut, irrelevant in FF.
Jordan Shipley WR Bengals - good rookie year, potential high scorer.
Earl Thomas S Seahawks - rostered, projected top 20 DB.
Jason Pierre-Paul DL Giants - traded with Boss for Miller and Bishop.
Jay Feely KI Cardinals - terrible, pointless selection... cut.

3 still on my roster, 2 traded and 2 cut.
Probably 3 of them are going to turn into legitimate FF starting options.
