Good decisions.
There is no way you could elevate Sibosado. He regressed this year in the WAFL, and his fitness did not improve at all. At the most, I thought maybe he would train with us over the pre-season in the hopes of getting rookie listed again. But really, he essentially only played 30 good minutes of football for the season.
Happy with the Pearce decision. He isn't good enough for the senior list, but is solid depth for the rookie list. Wouldn't be opposed to rookie listing him again.
Bollenhagen is disappointing, because the kid has talent. But he struggled this year with form and injuries, not ideal for someone who already has questions over his attitude.

FINALLY, after the initial shock of the regular posters on here, we wont have to deal with all the sibo love!!!! The way people talk about him, you'd think he was going to be a superstar. He never did much and WAFL level and IMO looked out of his depth in his one game at AFL level. He was taking the spot of a mature ager that might actually contribute.
Plus he tried to fight me in the hippy club during last years pre season because i he couldn't believe that i knew who his mate was but not him........
Just for the record, he was having a drink was a guy by the name Stephen Hill.
Watch how quickly he is weighing in at 128KGs and kicking around in the early game for the Beagle Bay Bombers.

A bit disappointed with Sibosado, especially considering JVB was kept ahead of him. Was always on the cards though so it's not exactly a shock. Dockerland1 needs to be put on suicide watch.
Happy with the Lower and Grover re-signings, 2 and 1 year respectively sounds about right.
Considering Houghton was also delisted I think it's fair to say we need to load up on talls in the ND and RD.

No real surprises that those guys got cut tbh, van Berlo pretty lucky to survive though.

Great to see Lower, Grover and VB all re-signed as they deserve a place on our lists. Lower I would like to see elevated to a senior spot.
I am glad to see Sibo and Bolenhagen go as I don't believe will be a regular player on an AFL list, especially ours. I believe like some others Clance will get recalled onto our Rookie list.

I can't see how they wouldn't upgrade Lower other than that keep culling. One of the really worrying signs this year was how bad our players were performing in the wafl. Sure the rookie list is for development but you always hope that there's someone there that if the worst case happens could step up and help fill a hole. We got the worst case this year and the cupboards were pretty bare.
Pearce was ok on the rookie list but he had to be upgraded this year and he still wouldn't be first choice for many people after getting plenty of AFL games through injury.

He showed he couldn't run out a game playing in the forward line at the end of the season. Good delist.
Pearce didn't warrant a spot on the senior list, neither did Bollenhagen.

Dissapointed about Sibosado. Annoyed about Bollenhagen. Was hoping he would come on as he left a massive signature on my new $150 sherrin I won through dream team.
It was after the preseason match in Bunno and I was very particular on who I would and wouldn't get to sign it. Then for 2 seconds I let my guard down and Bollenhagen grabs it out of my hands and writes accross half the ****ing ball.

Not Suprised by Sibo, all the talent in the world but lacked the committment to really succeed. I saw Silvagni, Pitt, Sheppard and Sibo at the Margaret River pub not long after the season ended. Silvagni and Pitt seemed very composed, Silvagni drank water all night, Pitt just a couple of quieties, Sibo and Shep were getting right on it. I know it is only one night but it highlighted the professionalism and the lack of. It wouldn't suprise that Sibo's skin folds went up considerably after his little break. Sadly getting cut may be the kick up the arse that he needs to pull his finger out, all the talent in the world. I am comfortable with all the decisions, I just think Clancee is too slow for the modern game. Bollenhagen seemed to get the old second year blues, can play and would not suprise to see get rookie listed by a Vic team.
And Sibo the difference being? He proved he isn't AFL ready yet, and who knows how long or if he ever would be.
I make it 6 ND/PSD and 5 RD, I think we will use 5 in ND, 3 young kids and 2 mature age, will try and get some mature age before the PSD and RD whereas most clubs will be targeting the Mature age in the RD, not a bad move I reckon. I will have Blackwell as one thanks. 1 pick in PSD to get either Ray or Dawson if they are available.

So who is on suicide watch for DockerLand1? 
With a lot of clubs only taking 2-3 picks in the draft maybe we have a bit of faith that we can pick up some talent by going deeper into the draft. Like someone already mentioned picking up some mature agers in the national draft rather than leaving them for rookie draft (the Lower's, Silvagni's, Curnow's of the world)
