Yep.It's literally the headline and sub-headline that the paper wants people to focus on. It's just another example of trying to steer perceptions and paint it in a negative light.
What is bizarre, but yet unsurprising, is you not being able to do even simple media analysis.
You can see it today in NSW with the industrial action. You'll notice it today when they say "It's the train drivers on strike" when infact drivers, guards, station staff, cleaners and whatnot. Then they will also go "Drivers earn Insert some figure that requires you to work every single public holiday, maximum and work during time's penalty rates apply"
All designed to outrage the average person.
Media companies know said person don't deep dive into the facts. So they try to spin the narrative in thier favor.
