Maxwell is not a better batsman than Shaun Marsh. Give me a break. Maxwell is over-rated in every capacity and is hitting boundaries against a second XI NSW bowling attack on a U/12 sized oval. Big deal.
marsh is a dud

Batter? Nah

In saying that i dont think either should be in the test side

Maxwell at his worst is infinitely better than Shun Mush

Selecting Shun is akin to playing 10 on 12.

An attack who have all played for Australia? Only one who hasn’t played test cricket...

As for the ground, it’s Marsh making 90 after failing in the first dig on a similar shit ground that got him a test spot...

That NSW second XI attack would be first XI in nearly every other state (well other than Abbott).

Can't say it was dumb batting from Bancroft, just good bowling from Broad, he shaped it in to get Bancroft fishing at it and then got just enough seam away to take the edge.
Peach delivery. As well. Feel bad. Bancroft looked comfy and got beaten by a great delivery

you mates with Shaun or something?
watch him fail again today and then get back to me ..

He'll probably fail. Again. I was livid at marsh's selection. But hes way. Way. Way. Way more talented technically proficient then Maxwell. I dont think either should be in the 11.

Difference is you're still Poms, we're no longer convicts.

I've never understood the English mentality.

They chose to punish people by sending them to an island paradise with sun and surf.

Meanwhile they stayed in the dank, dark, sunless shitholes of places like Birmingham and Manchester.

And somehow they still think they made the right choice. If I was an English kid, I'd be suing my great-grandparents for forcing me to live there.

Anyway, back to the cricket ...

Crazy how threatening they look when compared to our new ball bowlers
Aggressivr bowling. We struggled and were not forcing england to make. Mistakes. Just hoping the entire first two sessions.
