Heard on the grapevine that Carey have lost another four including Kent and Howat. Add that to Freemantle, Freeman, Hesse, Crozier and co and i cannot see them getting close to Hampton or anyone for that matter. Howat 7-8 weeks, and Kent 5-6 the rest season i am told.

So
Hampton
Ormond
OH
UB
STB

reports from around the grounds?

rovers lead start to finish, 5 min period in the 3rd qtr rowe kicked 3 or 4 and gave carey a big sniff.. rovers big last qtr tho 7 goals to 1. Carey looked depleted with injuries, sure they'd love there runner out there wearing the boots. (cam howatt)

It's the second game the Monders have lost at Buxton this year, bedford. And both by a margin. Must be a bit of a concern. That said, they are a much better unit than last year IMO.

3 from 4 at home to start is pretty nice, so to only win one of them is a little disappointing.

Is robbins on report?

Bernards...wow...whos got the $26 at the start of the season???

Game was over at half time and at one stage looked like it might be a 100 point margin. Kudos to Trinity who got themselves together to put some respectability back on the scoreboard in the second half.

The young brigade at the Snakepit definately on fire. Liberatore again best on ground, is he the classiest footballer in B Grade?

Playing alright, there are still 3 or 4 good players to come back in. With a bit of luck could have won all four.
Six under 19's in the team as well.

St.Kevins were good and deserved their win, but Ormonds disposal was terrible.
Ormond had a couple out and lost two players before quarter time which didn't help, but one thing about the Monders is that they will keep coming and SKOBS were never safe.

This is true, but mainly due to the pressure that was being applied by the skob midfielders.Luke Mahoney once again turned back the clock and was fantastic all day and tim duggan did a number on robbins. Game was won in the second quarter by skob kicking eight goals to three with the slight breeze. Are people going to see skob as serious contenders yet?

hotpies#5, it seems like SKOB are the St Kilda of the ammos. I listened intently to the North West Amateur footy show last night and the so called 'people in the know' tipped Old Hailebury to win this weekend. In fact they said that SKOB may lose their next five in a row, so I suppose the only way to gain respect is to keep winning.

The clash between Duggan and Robbins brought back memories of when the Dustbin picked up the pint sized Phil Matera - and subsequently took Matera to the cleaners.

To the 'yuppie' at OH who PM'd me to shut up and judge the team in the first 6 rounds (sounds familiar, at least plough scaled it down to 4 games) ...well after 4 rounds and 1-3, just letting you know the Jets are fueling up and ready to GO GO GO....SPINNING SPINNING SPINNING!!!!

The SKOB back line was the reason they won the game. Duggan was great on Robbins and SKOB did a good job at double and triple teaming Martinov (brilliant player). Sam Bishop is a gun. Little mick gino continues to punch outside of his weight division and the SKOB centre half forward was very good, dont know his name though. Dowd and Simpson was reasonably well held for SKOB which can only be a good thing.

Can anyone from Ormond confirm the rumours that big Mick Cove has filed for a transfer to Collegians? Apparently he does some of his best work on the Harry Trott so wants to make a permenant move there.
