Don't even start crap like that.

The ball was thumped forward by the MHSOB ruckman and Towner was first to the ball.

It was just one of those freak accidents.

TBP harmless banter :p towner described it as a "browny" style break... are we talking compound or just horrible angles?

Benny MOF no idea who you are, maybe you should actually tell us your real name.

If you look back at the posts people had said, some stuff was wrong. Not bad stuff just wrong.

Its no big deal and I said that most wouldn't care and im sure they dont, but a couple of my mates might be on the forum thats all.

But you were the only one that seemed to make an allegation that was Definitely wrong.

Mate I have achieved very little in footy so I dont really have much to brag about at all.

By the way good Luck to Dave Boundy in the VFL too. I think he will do quite well if gets his chance.

cheers

DC,

Good to have you back from WA and back in the VAFA. I know one full back who is not looking forward to the round 6 clash.

Just to bring you up to speed on big footy. 99% of the stuff posted is light hearted banter. I know what you're saying but try not to take it so seriously.

After all, you know what they say, any publicity is good publicity.

For what it's worth I still think you'll win the goal kicking.

TBP didn't know you were a counsellor as well. I to wish to drink from the fountain of wisdom.

I'd say we'd go with our albino import Trent Skurrie first. But if the seagull couldn't hold DC then the big dog wouldn't be too far away. Hanging s-h-i-t on the seagull is much more fun CWG... you should try it some time!

ANDL,

It was my spiritual off-season journey trekking through the French Alps, following in the foot steps of Lance Armstrong on my German donkey that has given me such wisdom. Maybe you spend less time drinking from the fountain of Chinotto.

How do you think St. Bedes will go this Saturday up agaianst St.Kevins?
Still a couple of injuries at the moment for the Tigers, however i beleive, when they do have all players back that they will be hard to beat all year with their best side on the park. SP

Just thought I would shoot through a quick reply to sort out a couple of things.

1. I was going to have another year in Perth but got a good job down here so returned home
2. I was going to play at Heidelberg, (for job opportunites, never money) never have and never will.
3. I love playing ammos I think its the league I have enjoyed the most as the teams are all about playing for their jumper and club spirit.

4.I dont think I will win the goal kicking at all. We have a great young and talent forward line, borts, sheehan, McLaren, Jarred, Hansen and a few others means that in no way i am first option. Which I think was our problem in A grade but now we have so much talent down in the forward line. Hence 3 guys kicking 4 goals.
5. I am unfit. I have done barely any traing after moving back and my new job. I dont want to let my team down and am trying and will get as fit as I can. I dont like FF and prefer to play where I have always played at Marcellin and thats CHF.
6. NO IDEA, where Benny MOF you sai d I had a manager. That is so funny. I have a real good family friend who wont even take a beer from me for helping me look over some of my VFL and W.A.F.L moving states contract. So I didnt get stuffed around Ricey had him have a look to. And it helped. Basketball? I play A.B.A you dont even sign a contract for that. I play cause some of my best mates do. Although playing footy and basketball on the same day is getting tougher at 24.

Anyway, wrapped to be back I think we will go back up this year, but I am being biast.

This is not meant to be an email to tell you about me, most people couldn't care less and thats good. There is just been some stuff said that about me that was wrong.

cheers

This is not an email to tell you about me????? Unsure what others are thinking but I could not give 2 sh*ts about your VFL WAFL contracts. Seems all a bit much really.

Great to hear you're back the ammos however. Great talent. They certainly missed you last year. What happended to Rice. Has he returned?

Mr Cullinan, DC, Pie Eater, Fat Boy, Plugger whatever you want to call yourself, just a few things following up on my good friend TBPs post.
Firstly, please dont post under your real name, get a psuedo and sling s hit from near and far. This forum cannot and will not be taken over by sensible people like your good self.
Secondly, all of the above name calling was in jest so dont get stressed, just suck a breast.
Thirdly, have you or anyone tried to lure the deluded Adrian Papaluca away from Shit Marys before he destroys his career?
Fouth and final, you being an icon of the VAFA and the love child of the Sheik, were you shattered he didnt think you good enough for his top 30 and will you seek and deatroy???
Welcome back big man, great for all concerned, even opposition clubs.

Brian thinks:
OEG, led by the Biggs by 70 points over MHSOB
OM's by 19 over an undermanned SKOB
Marcellin by 90 over depleted Beaumaris
St BMT by 16 over a tame Caulfield
UB by 7 over a cocky Ajax

Good luck all and sundry and its grerat to have real footy back

Not a bad start to the year by my great self, 5 from 5!!! Margins were pretty good also.

I think Sheik only rates A Section players, which unfortunately for DC, he is not for this year.

Good to have DC back in the VAFA. I remember having a few tussles with him back in school days, he was good then and still is by all reports.

These were my pre round predictions last week. Ajax have been talking all Summer like they were the C Section Premiers and will take all before them in B Section...as I said, cocky.
Powelly and his able assistant Yonnie are terrific lads, and feel they have the team to go all the way. Lets hope that this is not correct.

Yes they are, just a shame they coach them.

Simply Footy, Monday's headline will read simply this, "Mentones Massive Mismatch" as the Tigers prove they are B section quality and that SKOBS days in B are numbered.;)

Informer,
Ricey is playing good footy for West Perth. Although what he is annoyed about is that they are pleying him half forward and not on the wing. These are huge grounds and he has a massive engine.
He broke the record for the 3 km time trial in the pre season for the club and ran a 15 something on the beep test. He has also worked and improved his skills.
With Adam Cambell and Mark Lecras around him joel is not a main option in the forward line which I think is frustrating for him and would be for anyone else.
He will be back next year we both planned to be there 2 years and come back. He wants to play for Marcellin badly and like me will never chase any coin to play.
It will be great to have him back. But until then he needs to get a run on the wing.

Brian not shattered at all about Sheik. I looked at the top 30. I didn't know a few guys, including the number 1. But it looks pretty much right to me. Especially if Beardsley is at number 11. He has towled me up every time we played Trinity. Best defender in A grade. I think.

Baz - lets not go overboard after 1st round - the game should be a cracker and I think SKOBs will lift significantly on their home turf. As long as the players lift and support & take the load off Gibbs, Liston and Lynch.

Carl, just like everyone else you are entitled to your opinion, but I will stand by my earlier post and predict a one sided game to the favour of St Bedes on nothing more than my gut instinct.

And the fact that I don't rate St Kevs.
