True. It could cause havoc with the ground and damage it

The wings don't look too bad, but there's parts which look like they've just had the turf replaced and it hasn't yet taken

The weather in Geelong & Melbourne seems to have been a bit indifferent over the past month, so wonder what impact that's had and if it's meant the roof closed more than open which would allow actually sun light in here

That Turner wicket is all the evidence you need to call the game off. I wouldn’t go out there if I were next in

Batsman misses straight one and now it’s too dangerous.

Perth fans are hilarious, so not used to their side not dominating a game.

Don’t worry, the greatest bowling lineup in history should be able to defend this against the red team.

Must have been a big uni graduation , to have the outfield in the condition it is. I see that RMIT is a sponsor of the Renegades as well.

Can be guaranteed if there were an AFL game on this surface, coaches , presidents would be running to AFL HQ for their heads.
There was an afl game there quite a few years ago ago commentator called the surface a beach as there was sand everywhere over the ground. Iirc that commentator got the sack from channel seven

An electric performance by singer-songwriter G Flip and an honorary degree awarded to the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC were just two highlights from RMIT’s graduation ceremony at Marvel Stadium.

Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, the Governor of Victoria joined more than 9,000 students who marked the transition to alumni when they officially became RMIT graduates in front of a crowd of approximately 40,000 people.

If WA ever served up a cow paddock like this we would never hear the end of it

It’s still better than the state of Optus during the season. When Collingwood played there in May it had still not recovered from the wrestling in February.

I love how hurt you must be by the success rate of the wildcats and scorchers.
