Both of these sides look horrendous on paper, especially the batting lineups. Hobart should piss this in. Adelaide Perth and Hobart had the best lists overall imo

If lists can’t handle 1-2 injuries then there’s not enough in the talent pool and we probably need to merge the two Melb/Syd teams.

It won't happen but I'd love it if the franchisees told players who were going to ship off to the UAE to not even bother playing in the BBL.

The AFL provide close to 800 list spots. Cricket Australia can't reduce the opportunities otherwise young athletes won't risk playing cricket.

There's not enough talent for 8 sides.
They won't reduce the amount of teams though.

The Scorchers usually had success because they kept their imports and had depth.
